Organizational Development Head

COMPANY: FILINVEST DEVELOPMENT CORP.

The Head of Organization Development (OD) will lead the design and execution of group-wide OD strategies that strengthen leadership, culture, structure, and capability across Filinvest'S diverse businesses.

This role is both strategic and hands‑on —driving enterprise‑level transformation while ensuring practical adoption at business‑unit level. The OD Head partners closely with Group HR, business CEOs, and senior leaders to build a future‑ready organization.

• Lead organization design and restructuring initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Review and optimize reporting lines, spans of control, and role clarity across units.
• Support mergers, integrations, expansions, and new business models through OD frameworks.
