Design and implement Organizational Development strategies.
Responsible for the processes: Development Plan, Succession Plan, Performance, the Competency Model Manage and implementation Organizational Development projects
Develop and update OD policies and procedures
Responsible for the monitoring, analysis and control of key indicators of the area and elaborates recommendations for improvement (KPIS).
Bachelor of Business Administration, Engineering
Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development
Advanced English**
Experience in performance appraisal management

General knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, NOM 035 STPS
