Organizational Development Manager

We are hiring a Manager for Organization Development who will help strengthen organization effectiveness, improve role and structure clarity, and support transformation efforts across the business. This role partners closely with HR and leaders to diagnose issues, optimize structures, manage job architecture and support change.

• Conduct organizational diagnostics and support or lead org design work to improve structure, role clarity, and decision flow.
• Manage job architecture governance, including job families, leveling and role alignment.
