Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reporting: Lead data analysis, come up with conclusions and ensure that all data requirements of the senior managers are readily available and completed in time for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Attrition Process: Exit Interview and Attrition Analysis - Conduct exit interviews for middle and senior managers, review analysis of attrition and provide inputs to units where corrective action is required. Drive and monitor the rollout of the exit interview process on a monthly basis and take corrective action where required; ensure effective implementation of the exit process as per the defined standards.
