Talent partner 

We are looking for a Talent partner who will support the deployment and sustainment strategies for the talent programs of our manufacturing sites located in Juarez. As part of your role, you’ll be responsible to monitor the talent programs impacts and performance to identify improvement opportunities to ensure these programs are fully integrated, adopted, and continuously improved. The ideal candidate will work closely with HRBPs, senior leaders, and with the Talent Center of excellence (CoE).
