Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive APAC regional organizational development framework, integrating organizational diagnosis tools, structure optimization models, and change management methodologies to ensure seamless alignment of OD initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
- Lead organizational health assessments and diagnoses, identify core pain points in organizational structure, process efficiency, talent pipeline, and collaboration mechanisms, develop actionable optimization plans, and drive their implementation.
- Design and roll out organizational change management projects, including formulating change strategies, communicating with stakeholders, resolving resistance, and evaluating change effectiveness, to ensure organizational adaptability during strategy implementation.
- Deepen the construction of the organizational culture system, collaborate with senior executives and HRBPs to build a culture implementation ecosystem, embed core values into performance management, talent development, and decision‑making mechanisms, and promote deep integration of culture and business.
- Oversee cross‑regional organizational collaboration projects in APAC, work with country GMs and HR teams, optimize organizational collaboration models based on regional market characteristics, and build a unified yet flexible organizational atmosphere.
- In line with organizational development needs, collaborate with the L&D team to design tailored leadership development and team effectiveness improvement programs, ensuring talent capabilities keep pace with organizational development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Organizational Development (OD), with practical experience in organizational diagnosis, structure optimization, and change management in a fast‑paced environment; familiarity with basic L&D logic is preferred.
- OD Competence: Proficiency in OD tools and methodologies, with end-to-end operational capabilities from diagnosis and program design to implementation and review, and the ability to translate business strategies into executable OD initiatives.
- Culture & Change Management: Mature experience in organizational culture building and value embedding, proficient in the full‑cycle operation of change management, and capable of effectively addressing various challenges in organizational change.
- Project & Collaboration Skills: Excellent project management capabilities across regions and functions, skilled in collaborating with senior executives and various business units to drive the implementation of complex OD projects.
- Communication & Influence: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English (native‑level proficiency) and Chinese (fluent), able to build trust with stakeholders at all levels, effectively convey the value of OD, and drive consensus.
- Hold Singaporean citizenship.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
