Looking for HR professional in Talent Management / Organization Development for Infosys Organization Development Global COE. As a OD professional in the COE, your work will include:
- Building innovative Talent practices and Talent models for the future that can complement and propel Talent Transformation aligned to the future ways of working
- Contributing to shape the larger Talent Strategy by designing and executing key initiatives across Performance Management, Careers and Org Design
- Analysing, interpreting data and applying key insights to propose Talent Management ideas that can give an edge to attract and retain the best talent
- Partnering with the HR community and global functional teams, to implement programs with a global impact and leading and working in cross functional teams
Key skills & experience that we are looking for:
- Experience in Human capital work connected to talent & organization. Consulting work would be valued.
- Experience working in multi-national environments with comfort in communicating with leadership, senior executives and stakeholders for maximum business results
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to grasp complexities and identify relationships among problems and offer creative solutions
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage time and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Adept at proactively engaging with stakeholders and other team members in a predominantly virtual environment
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
