Job Description

A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director to drive organizational transformation initiatives at the College of Engineering. The successful candidate will coordinate change management activities, develop SOPs, and optimize system setups such as SharePoint. A Master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change or process improvement are required. This is a full-time position on a 2-year contract.
