Job Description
ROLE:
Develop, implement, and manage the company's learning and development initiatives;
Plan and execute training programs (in-person, virtual, hybrid) for employees at all levels;
Oversee e-learning platforms, track progress, and analyze learning analytics;
Create and maintain training content, including manuals, workshops, videos, and presentations;
Lead team-building initiatives, internal events, and engagement programs;
Support onboarding, career development, performance management, and succession planning;
Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
Monitor KPIs, report results, and recommend improvements;
Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on talent development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field;
3–5 years of experience in learning, development, or talent management;
