Originations Performance and Optimization Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Support the day-to-day needs of REL by leading a team to provide functional data analysis, project deliverables, and overall operational analysis to achieve strategic objectives.
2. Manage a team to prioritize analysis for each functional area to include originations, processing, underwriting, closing, national underwriting, post-closing, Home Equity, Community & Affordable Lendingand the Implementation & Execution team.
3. Leading analyst to partner with the teams with the expectation to provide recommendations on reporting and actions based on data which helps improve profitability while reducing risk.
4. Provide strategic leadership, directing short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals / targets.
5. Providing monthly business review data and analysis to inform partners of performance trending.
