    • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Guarantee: $669,537-$748,000
  • Quarterly wRVU and quality bonuses
  • Student loan repayment of up to $200K
  • Signing Bonus of up to $75K
  • Relocation: $20K
  • PTO: 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
  • Health/Dental/Vision: 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
  • Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)

  • Certifications: BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery
  • Licensure: Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license
  • Skillset: Generalist scope with emphasis on lower extremity (hips and knees)
  • Experience: New grads and experienced candidates are equally welcome to apply
