Job Description

The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Officer is responsible for driving the implementation of OSH programs, policies, and compliance initiatives. This role ensures that all workplaces are safe, healthy, and aligned with organizational standards and government regulations, supporting the overall well-being of employees.

The OSH Officer will lead safety strategies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a strong culture of health and safety across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce OSH standards, policies, and health and safety programs in compliance with DOLE, DOH, LGU, and other regulatory requirements.

- Site Inspections: Conduct regular workplace inspections (site/store/plant) to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
