What will you do

  • Ensure development and performance monitoring across the portfolio
  • Design innovative strategies to enhance the quality of care, drive enrolment, manage portfolio budgets and financial performance
  • Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements
  • Support OSHC Coordinators during critical incidents and identify future training needs

Qualifications

Who are we looking for

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential; a Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable
  • Proven Area Manager/ senior leadership experience in the School Aged Care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive “can do...
