Job Description

Most companies offer a job; we offer a masterclass. Work for the pioneers in OSHC.

Founded in 2002 and still proudly family-owned, The Extend Group is Australia’s most trusted Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provider. Our philosophy is simple: we take care of the people who take care of the kids. We’ve built a 23-year legacy on the fact that a supported leader creates a thriving community. You’ll be supported by over 30 dedicated specialists in our Head Office who don't just manage systems, they know who you are, celebrate your wins, and are personally invested in your growth.

If you’re a natural leader who loves working with kids but wants to skip the 9-to-5 grind, this is your dream job!
