OSHC Coordinator | Ferny Hills

Ferny Grove State School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our developing leadership team at our growing OSHC service. 

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including non-contact admin hours.

• 6:30-8:50am (Rise then Shine)
• 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
• Block shifts during the school holidays (6:30am - 6:00pm)

About the Role

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
