Remote Role based out of Phoenix, Arizona

PLEASE READ! Pay Scale

Can exceed $100,000 to $120,000 annually depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Engineering & Design

  • Perform comprehensive OSP designs for FTTx, enterprise laterals, backbone rings, and relocations, including route selection and make-ready analysis.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings, splicing schematics, fiber assignments, BOMs, and redlines/as-builts.
  • Ensure designs meet NEC/NESC, DOT, municipal, utility owner standards, and engineering criteria.
  • Select materials (fiber types, closures, slack storage, pedestals, splice enclosures) and define construction methods (aerial, directional boring, conduit placement).

    •  Vendor Management

  • Manage OSP engineering, construction, splicing, and test vendors; define SOWs, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
