OSP Senior Planning Engineer (TELCO)

Establish the plan and document scope, develop project schedules and or preliminary cost estimates.

Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully develop and complete the project.

Maintain liaison with management regarding project planning by conducting analyses and preparing reports. Prepares Project Master Schedule including resource and equipment allocation based on project contract requirements.

Develops a well-defined and properly sequenced work activities together with the Project Manager.

Updates project schedule (Plan vs Actual) periodically and backs narrative reports and presentations with technical data (Project Summary, Progress Measurement involving Variance and S-Curves for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the project).
