JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing functional support and guidance on planning systems and processes , primarily focused on SAP and RapidResponse , with strong involvement in Order Fulfillment , Master Production Scheduling (MPS) , MCP and CTS workflows. The role supports the planning organization by helping ensure proper system usage, alignment with business logic, and promoting process standardization and understanding across sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a functional expert in SAP (PP/MM) and RapidResponse tools used in planning and materials management.
• Support users by resolving process/system-related questions and providing guidance on proper usage and best practices.
