We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our Manila-based Operational Support Team (OST). This role is suited to a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in maritime operations, intelligence, and/or security management. You will oversee a team providing 24/7 monitoring, reporting, and operational support to Crisis24’s global maritime consulting services, in addition to broader support to Crisis24’s Crisis & Security Consulting (CSC) team.
