<p><p><b>Role Overview:</b><br/><br/>Were hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager who can own end-to-end hiring today and evolve into our Head of HR over the next two years. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build the people function from scratch - hiring, culture, processes, and eventually HR Own full-cycle hiring across engineering, product, GTM, and leadership roles.<br/><br/>- Build a predictable talent pipeline using outbound, inbound, and network-driven sourcing.<br/><br/>- Set up recruitment processes, scorecards, and employer branding.<br/><br/>- Partner closely with founders on team planning and org design.<br/><br/>- Gradually take on HR responsibilities: onboarding, culture programs, performance cycles, and policies.<br/><br/>- Build the foundation of Ostos future People & HR function.<br/><br/><b>What Were Looking For:</b><br/>&...
