<p><b>Title:</b> Electronic Engineer Telecommunications</p> <p><b>Location:</b> Vancouver, WA </p> <p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p> <p>Provide technical SCADA engineering and expertise and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) relative to assigned systems and equipment, for field technicians, design engineers, construction crews, and technical oversight committees.</p> <p>Develop maintenance standards and work guides that provide methods and techniques to be followed by technician crews, utilize OpenKyber asset management and maintenance database tools (such as Sunflower, Cascade, and Asset Suite), and prioritize safety in all practices.</p> <p>Develop and document procedures for installing, using, and troubleshooting hardware and software for SCADA or other assigned systems and equipment.</p> <p>Interface with control center personnel and systems to validate proper data integr...
