OT Scrub Nurse

- Prepare and maintain a sterile field in the operation theatre

- Perform surgical hand scrub and gowning as per protocol

- Arrange, check, and count surgical instruments, sponges, needles, and supplies before, during, and after procedures

- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and materials during surgery

- Anticipate surgical team needs to ensure smooth operative flow

- Monitor sterility and adhere strictly to infection control protocols

- Assist in patient positioning and preparation for surgery

- Participate in surgical safety checklists and time -out procedures

- Ensure proper handling and disposal of bio -medical waste

- Document surgical procedures and maintain OT records

- Assist in post -operative cleanup and preparation for next cases
