Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OT Security Manager / Senior Manager to lead and strengthen cybersecurity initiatives across Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and IoT environments. The role requires hands-on expertise in securing industrial environments and working knowledge or exposure to AI-driven security use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive threat analysis, or automation in OT contexts.
This position involves close collaboration with engineering, IT, risk, and business stakeholders to ensure resilient, compliant, and secure industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage OT / ICS security programs across manufacturing, utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure environments
Design and implement OT security architectures aligned with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISO 27001 , and industry best practices
Perform OT risk assessments, threat modeling, and gap analysis across SCADA, PLCs, DCS, HMI, and IIoT environments
Drive network segmentation, secure remote access, asset discovery, and vulnerability management for OT systems
Collaborate with IT security, GRC, and business teams to integrate OT security into enterprise cybersecurity strategy
Support incident response and forensic analysis for OT-related security incidents
Work with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams on secure-by-design implementations
Leverage or support AI-based security initiatives such as behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, or automation in OT monitoring
Prepare and present security posture updates, risk dashboards, and remediation plans to senior stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in OT / ICS / Industrial Cybersecurity
Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, DCS, HMI, IIoT, and industrial networks
Hands-on experience with OT security tools (asset discovery, monitoring, network security, SIEM integration)
Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
Experience with OT risk assessments, compliance, and audits
Exposure to AI in cybersecurity (use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, automation, or ML-driven monitoring)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience in BFSI-linked industrial environments, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure
Exposure to IoT security and convergence of IT–OT environments
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, IEC 62443, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
Experience working with global clients or multi-plant environments
Notice Period
Early joiners preferred; candidates with immediate to short notice will be prioritized.
