- Sales Team Management

- Business Online Presence

- Bridge between sales and operations.

- Make sure all leads are connected and there is no lead loss.

- Manage all OTAs and optimize listings to enhance visibility.

- Work with the marketing and accounts team.

- Keep track of underperforming properties.

- Manage reviews of properties on all platforms.

- Keeping an eye on the channel manager and making sure the inventory is updated.

- Sales team quality checks.

- Sales team training.
