  • Board eligible or Board certified in Otolaryngology
  • Practicing ENT or a Fellow with a strong interest in Ear, Nose, and Throat
  • Strong communicator/team player
  • Available for call
  • Able to work on site full time
  • Eligible or hold an active Kentucky Physician License
