Position Details:
Patient Population: Inpatient, Trauma Level 1
Setting: St. Anthony Hospital ENT Department
Responsibilities: Provide standard ENT coverage including call coverage; collaborate on Trauma/Acute-Care Surgery Program.
Required Procedures: Standard ENT procedures
EMR System: EPIC (completion of modules and virtual training required prior to start date)
Support Staff: None
Days Per Month: Initial coverage Dec ; ongoing 2 weekends per month possible
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour call, including potential holiday coverage

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery
• Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
• Active BLS
• Active CO DEA (highly preferred)
• Must be available for the dates specified and state # of shifts per month provider can offer
• Acknowledgement of EMR training requirements and completion order
• Understanding of preferred lodging requirements and adherence to CommonSpirit Health travel policy
• Clean malpractice/background
• Personal phone number, email, and travel details for scheduling
