Exciting Opportunity for Otolaryngologists Seeking Immediate Locum Support

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Otolaryngologist to provide crucial call coverage through a temporary assignment at a esteemed healthcare facility. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in patient care, work with a passionate team, and enjoy flexible, short-term engagement starting December 11, 2025. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid medical license in Colorado or eligible for immediate licensing
  • Board-certified or eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ENT
  • Proficient in inpatient and trauma-level 1 call coverage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with EPIC EMR system
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-stakes environments

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in hospital-based ENT practice
  • Familiarity with trauma protocols and procedures
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus
  • Experience with virtual EMR training and credentialing

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • At least 2-3 years of active practice post-residency
  • Prior experience in Level 1 trauma settings preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for 24-hour call shifts, including holidays as scheduled
  • Willingness to stay at designated hotel accommodations with negotiated rates
  • Credentialing with a quick turnaround (less than one week preferred)
  • Complete pre-application and full application processes promptly
  • Submission of Epic experience details, recent usage, and a professional photo
  • Valid CO medical license or active IMLC, and required documentation including NPDB report
  • Virtual EMR training completion at least one week prior to start date
  • No rounding requirements; standard inpatient, trauma-level 1 coverage

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $0.00, with potential for supplemental payments including orientation, on-call, and callback rates as specified.
