Now offering percentage pay as an alternative or by the mile. DSL Express and its partner is now hiring Class A CDL Solo Truck Drivers for OTR! Company drivers with 2+ yrs of experience and a decent MVR/PSP score. Position available ASAP. Gross Earnings are between $98,800 to $132,600 per year per driver for those who drive all year long. Sometimes it pays more but we need responsible drivers only and at this pay scale require the best.
 
Solo Driver Pay:
  • Now paying 28% to 30% of gross linehaul (right off the top). Depending on EXP and MVR.
  • Will changeover to by the mile pay per request of driver. Will consider up to 66 depending on EXP and MVR.
  • Average miles are anywhere between 2000 and 3000 per week depending on the season. 
  • By the mile may involve more miles depending on the market, but expect it to be a harder job! 
  • The average weekly income ranges from $1500 to $2500 per week ...
