Outbound Automation Operator (Clay + LinkedIn + Email)
Description:
We are a professional services firm running an established outbound automation stack and are looking for a skilled operator to manage and maintain it.
This is not a greenfield build. The system is already live and documented. We are looking for someone who can step in, operate it cleanly, and make practical improvements over time.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Operating existing Clay workflows for list building and enrichment
Managing LinkedIn and cold email campaigns (HeyReach/Dripify/Instantly or similar)
Launching and refreshing outbound plays (1–2 new plays every 1–2 weeks)
Building and enriching targeted lists
Monitoring deliverability, volume health, and reply flow
Ensuring contacts and responses sync correctly to CRM
Troubleshooting workflow and automation issues
Providing a simple weekly health report
