As an Outbound Call Specialist at Umbrella BPO, you will engage with warm leads through outbound calls. You will be responsible for asking qualifying questions to assess their needs and interests, ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team. Excellent English speaking and phone skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
