Outbound Email Automation Specialist (Remote)

BrighterHire is partnering with a U.S.-based marketing and strategic alliances firm to hire an Outbound Email Automation Specialist to manage and execute automated outbound email campaigns.

This role owns the day‑to‑day setup, monitoring, and optimization of outbound email sequences. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working inside systems where accuracy, compliance, and follow‑through matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and manage automated outbound email sequences


• Load, segment, and maintain prospect lists


• Manage campaigns in Apollo or similar outbound email platforms


• Ensure accurate targeting, personalization, and sequencing before launch
