Location: Chennai
4 days in-office, Friday WFH
Market focus: US B2B SaaS
GrowthLane is hiring a Outbound Growth Engineer who lives at the intersection of outbound execution and go-to-market systems. This role exists for one reason: to generate qualified pipeline that converts to revenue.
This is not an SDR role.
This is not a 'spray and pray' outbound role.
This is a hands-on position for someone who understands how lists, messaging, automation, and timing compound into revenue when engineered properly.
The Mandate
Your north star is qualified pipeline and revenue growth, not activity metrics.
You will design, execute, and continuously refine outbound systems that reliably produce conversations with the right buyers in North America, B2B SaaS orgs.
