What you will do

As an outbound internet engineer, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, and managing the organization’s overall security posture. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of organizational data. You will play a critical role in integrating robust security protocols across a complex and evolving threat landscape.

  • Security Architecture & Design: Develop and maintain enterprise security architecture aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Policy & Governance: Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Incident Response: Lead investigations and remediation efforts for security incidents and breaches.
  • Advisory & Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and mentor aspiring security professionals.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement advanced security technologies and solutions.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, DevOps, and business teams to embed security into processes and projects.
  • About you

    Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance security with business needs.
  • Experience in threat modeling and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methods.
  • Experience in network security, policies, security standards etc..
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS) and technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM).
  • Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application security practices.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent).
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS) and technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM).
  • Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application security practices.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent).
