Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and by using tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator.
- Make Outbound calls and Send emails to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify gap areas and customer propose suitable solutions.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
- Work closely with the sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and business updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Preferred candidates from International Call Center handling ITES / Digital Marketing Outbound Sales
- 1 to 3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools is a plus.
