Outbound Sales Representative

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will partner directly with Regional Sales Managers to open new markets and secure strategic appointments. What You’ll Do: Identify & Conquer: Develop self-generated sales strategies to identify and book appointments with potential customers in the renewable sector. Strategic Outreach: Perform high-volume cold, warm, and hot calls daily—building the bridge between prospects and solutions. Pipeline Management: Track all daily activity and progress within the company's CRM to ensure a seamless sales flow. Sales Partnering: Assist Regional Sales Managers with prospecting and lead generation, serving as a critical member of the regional sales force. Hit the Numbers: Meet and exceed daily minimum requirements for dials, quality conversations, and appointments. B2B Experience: You understand the professional sales cycle and business development in a corporate environment.
