**Compensation: $1,200/month base + Uncapped Bonuses (Target $2,000-$3,000/month Total)**
**Reports To: Sales Manager / Company Owner**

**About the Role**

**What You'll Do**
- Make daily outbound B2B calls using RingCentral
- Build and manage lead lists and update CRM with contact activity
- Follow up with prospects and hand off qualified leads to the sales or fulfillment teams
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets
**Key Performance Goals (KPIs)**
- 100+ outbound calls per day
- 20+ new qualified leads added per week
- 10+ appointments scheduled each week
- 15%+ lead conversion rate from first contact to booked call
