Outbound Sales Specialist

Pay: $20/hr + Commission

Responsibilities

  • Qualify outbound leads to help grow a new business unit.

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls in a metrics-driven environment.

  • Conduct timely follow-ups and thoroughly qualify marketing and sales leads.

  • Skills & Requirements


  • 3 or more years of experience in sales, sales support, lead management, or telemarketing.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent listening, probing, and phone communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior professional sales experience with the travel, travel planning, or hospitality industry
