Job Description

We're looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to help convert trial users into paying customers. You'll engage directly with small business customers and help them understand the value of Setmore and its add-ons. This role focuses on proactive outreach, consultative selling, and closing, with clear ownership of results and a direct impact on revenue while building a strong foundation in SaaS sales.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with US-based customers who sign up for the Setmore scheduling product to understand their needs and guide them toward the right subscription and add-ons.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by assessing customer workflows, booking volume, and operational challenges.
  • Upon identification of an expansion opportunity, deliver a pitch tailored to their business. Explain the value proposition, ROI and pricing structure.
