Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Associate Sales. This role offers a clear and exciting career trajectory, enabling rapid growth in a global, fast-paced environment with huge earning opportunities.

Note: Freshers with strong internship experience are welcome to apply. Proficiency in spoken English is required.

Key Responsibilities

Associate (Sales)

• Build strong relationships with parents, introducing them to JetLearn’s global AI-coding programs.
• Actively engage in outbound calls, generating interest and enthusiasm for our courses.
• Successfully schedule calibration classes through effective communication and persuasion skills.
• Address parent inquiries, tailoring course recommendations to align with their child’s learning goals.
• Work with a structured approach to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective leads and drive a targeted number of trial bookings.

Growth Path: Your performance as an Associate will determine your promotion to the role of Sr. Academic Counselor.

Additional Details

Work Schedule:

- 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, 9 working hours

- 6 working days, 1 week off during weekdays

- Working Time, 3 PM IST - 1 AM IST

● Nature of Work : Hybrid

- Friday, Saturday & Sunday - Work From Office.

- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Work From Home.

- Monday - Week Off.
