Designation : Senior Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with CEO, CFO, and senior finance stakeholders at enterprise-level customers.
Drive new B2 B customer acquisition through proactive prospecting, qualification, and consultative engagement.
Address complex customer queries around trade finance products, structures, pricing, and operational workflows.
Collaborate closely with product, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless customer conversion and activation.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments impacting trade finance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, enterprise sales, or B2 B financial services sales.
Ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to close deals independently and manage long sales cycles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer requirements.
Experience using CRM tools and managing structured sales pipelines
