Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to join our international telesales team and drive customer engagement across global markets. The role includes making outbound international calls, qualifying leads, engaging high-value clients, explaining company offerings, and booking meetings for our Dubai Sales Team. The candidate must meet weekly/monthly targets, maintain CRM accuracy, ensure compliance standards, and participate in mandatory Dubai training.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound international calls to clients across the US, UK, Canada, and GCC.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through consultative conversations.
- Explain companyβs premium real estate offerings to interested prospects.
- Schedule appointments for the Dubai-based Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Follow compliance, data protection, and quality standards.
- Participate in 30β45 days of mandatory Dubai training (travel + stay sponsored).
- Minimum 2 years of international telesales / outbound calling experience (BPO/EdTech preferred).
- Excellent English communication with neutral accent.
- Strong sales skills β persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling.
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
- Ability to work night shifts (company transport provided).
- Valid passport and willingness for overseas travel.
- Age limit: up to 35 years.
- Candidates with real estate telesales background will not be considered.
Fixed salary: INR 5β9 LPA + attractive performance incentives.
Fully sponsored Dubai training (travel + accommodation + daily allowance).
