The role of an Associate is multi-dimensional, encompassing academic, career, and personal support to ensure students overall well-being and success throughout their educational journey. The Associate plays a crucial role in guiding students through the challenges and complexities of selecting a suitable university.

• Counsel and advise students individually on planning academic programs, selecting educational pathways, and defining career goals.
• Provide guidance throughout the admission lifecycle from initial inquiry and application to financial aid, scholarship opportunities, deposits (sales), and enrollment confirmation.
• Support students in making informed career decisions and using institutional resources to explore potential career options.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating programs and services related to student placement and career development.
