Outbound Supervisor (B Shift)

As the Outbound Supervisor at Arvato, your primary objective will be to ensure the timely completion of orders, aligning with our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Collaborating closely with Wave Panning, you'll manage labor resources effectively while prioritizing orders with precision. YOUR TASKS
* Supervise and manage the labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.
* Ensure on-time completion and maintain the quality of orders to meet customer requirements. 
* Work with the control tower on labor management and priority of orders. You will oversee direct shipping, pick, pack, and traffic.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees. 
* Receiving of materials.
* Transferring of materials.
* Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for the picking, packing, and shipping departments.
* Ensure proper procedures are adhered to and up to date for the control tower for current and new customers.
