Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience in a technical domain (e.g., Infrastructure, GKE, Data Engineering, or Cloud AI).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the following: AI Infrastructure, GKE or Data Engineering.
Experience with SRE principles or Incident Response protocols.
Experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), and using technical proficiency to remove blockers and accelerate customer deployment.
