Job Description
Job Purpose
To oversee the dailyoperations of an assigned outlet, ensuring service quality, guest satisfaction,and financial performance in line with brand and divisional standards.
The Outlet Managermay either lead a smaller outlet with full operational accountability,including team leadership, cost control, and service delivery, or serve assupport to the Outlet Senior Manager in achieving operational and commercialobjectives. In both assignments, the role upholds the resort’s culture, servicestandards, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences througheffective people and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Excellence
Supervisedaily outlet operations, ensuring smooth coordination and consistent servicedelivery.Act asshift leader, maintaining a strong presence on the floor to monitor quality andservice flow.Supportthe Outlet Manager in ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygienestandards (HACCP and internal policies).Assistin planning and executing outlet activities, promotions, and special events.Team Management & Development
Supervise,guide, and support the service team to ensure high performance and adherence tostandards.Supportthe recruitment, onboarding, and training of new and returning seasonal teammembers.Fosterteamwork and motivation, creating a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.Financial & Business Performance
Supportdaily sales activities, upselling, and cost control initiatives in line withdivisional objectives.Assistin monitoring stock, waste, and operational costs to ensure efficiency.Contributeto achieving revenue targets through effective service and guest engagement.Guest Experience & Service Quality
Ensureevery guest receives attentive, professional, and friendly service.Handleguest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and discretion.Supporta culture of continuous improvement based on guest feedback and internalreviews.Coordination & Communication
Ensureeffective communication with Culinary, Bar, and other departments for smoothoperation.Participatein daily briefings and service meetings, communicating priorities and updatesto the team.Supportclear and consistent information flow between management and service employees.Accountability
Accountablefor the smooth execution of outlet operations during assigned shifts.Responsiblefor supervising service quality, maintaining standards, and supporting teamperformance.Acts asdelegated leader in the absence of the Outlet Manager or Outlet Senior Manager.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within luxury hotel or resort environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets or large-scale service operationsStrong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on, service-driven approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth understanding of luxury hospitality standards and service etiquetteCommitted to building high-performing teams and nurturing positive work environmentsFlexible, calm under pressure, and solutions orientedFluent in English; additional languages are an assetDegree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferredΠαροχές:
