Key Responsibilities
Promptly address customer feedback and complaints. Maintain adherence to company standards to increase sales and reduce expenses, such as cost of goods and labour. Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.Manage overall operations of the assigned outlet. Securely process and bank all daily sales collections. Ensure that personnel and payroll-related administrative duties are promptly followed up on.Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the food service and dining areas. Guarantee the consistency and quality of food offered to customers. Handle recruitment, staff development, performance reviews, and disciplinary action to promote team stability and maintain order. Craft staff rosters to satisfy operational needs. Guide new hires through orientation and manage their training.
