Outlet Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily store operations including sales, staff, and ensuring customers are happy
• Lead Retail Team to hit Store Sales Targets & KPIs
• Recruit, train, and coach Beauty Consultants
• Engage with customers and provide personalized beauty advice and product recommendations
• Introduce and promote a wide range of beauty products
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Maintain a clean, inviting and well-stocked store environment
• Assist in visual merchandising to create a delightful in-store experience
• Manage store inventory to keep stock levels right and avoid shortages
