Job Description

  • Leads and supervises the team in all aspects of the department and ensures service standards are followed.
  • Handles guest’s concerns and offers professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Implements outlet policies, procedures and service standards and follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of fine-dining experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
  • Service-oriented, high guest service skills, strong leadership skills and ability to motivate colleagues to excellence. 
  • Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations, Micros and MS Office applications.
