Duration: 3–6 months (opportunity for PPO based on performance)

Stipend: 20k per month

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outreach & Lead Engagement Intern to support our outreach, communication, and early-stage engagement activities with prospective clients, partners, and community members. This position blends email and social outreach with meaningful engagement over phone and digital channels to strengthen lead pipelines and brand presence.

 Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Outreach

  • Initiate contact with prospective leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
  • Qualify and engage leads to understand their interests and needs.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication to schedule follow-ups or next-step interactions.
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads via phone and digital messaging until they’re ready to proceed to the next stage.

Outreach Campaign Support

  • Assist in drafting and executing outreach sequences and messages tailored to target segments.
  • Research and build targeted lists of leads and prospects.
  • Help manage outreach tools and CRM systems, updating lead status and engagement history.
  • Support basic reporting of outreach performance — e.g., engagement rates, qualified leads — with insights for improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for smooth lead hand-offs.
  • Provide feedback from calls and outreach to help refine messages and positioning  

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi, if relevant).
  • Confident in engaging prospects over phone and digital channels.
  • Comfortable with outreach tools, CRM systems, and Google Workspace / MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a proactive mindset.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

 

Preferred

  • Prior experience or familiarity with lead generation or outreach activities.
  • Exposure to CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email automation tools.
