Outside Process Coordinator

JAC Product has an opportunity for an Outside Processing Coordinator (OSP) to join the team in Franklin, GA. In this role, you will drive stabilization of our intercompany product and data flow between plants and outside plant processes. This position focuses on coordinating efficient communication focused on IC and OSP material flow, supporting the achievement of planning expectations, evaluating inventory controls and transactional accuracy. You may occasionally visit a sister plant or vendor location so the ability to travel is required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel – Pivot tables and formula writing, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self Sufficient / Result driven
  • Understanding of core material functions, such as, Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, Inventory Control, BOM structur...
